FAQs & Terms of Service


  • Adelaide Niketas Designs is unable to issue refunds. We will happily accept unworn items, in original packaging, showing no signs of having been worn or used, within seven (7) days of delivery for store credit. Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs. Under no circumstance may items be returned after the 7 day delivery window.
  •  If you would like to return an item for store credit, please email adelaide@adelaideniketasdesigns.com to begin the process. 


  • Custom orders, personalized items, bridal or engraved pieces are FINAL SALE — no refund, exchange or store credit will be extended. 
  • If you have any questions about a specific item's return policy, please email us before purchasing.


  • Domestic shipments within the continental United States are insured by Adelaide Niketas Designs and sent with 2-Day shipping with a flat fee of $25. Overnight shipments may be available by request, at an extra cost. For insurance reasons, we ship all packages with Signature Required. The customer is responsible for providing us with a secure shipping location for delivery. An adult (age 21 or older) must be present to sign for the package.
  • If a change of shipping address is required by the customer, this request must come in writing via email before the shipping confirmation is sent, and is not Adelaide Niketas Design's responsibility until confirmed via email. If an item is received damaged, please email adelaide@adelaideniketasdesigns.com immediately with a clear description and photo of the item. A photo of the damaged package is required. 


  • Most pieces are made by hand and subject to slight variation. Please allow 6-8 weeks for all orders to be processed. Custom, engraved or personalized pieces may take longer to ship depending on the project and nature of the work required. Please contact Adelaide Niketas Designs if you need an order expedited. 


  • Adelaide Niketas Designs will cover the cost of all repairs under normal wear for the 60 days after purchase. If pieces are noticeably bent or show improper care, repairs will be performed at cost and charged to the customer. Outside of the 60 day period, Adelaide Niketas Designs will offer jewelry repairs for a fee. We are happy to make minor adjustments to jewelry, including resizing, for an additional fee. Please reach out to us with your repair request, and we will provide you a repair quote. Round-trip shipping costs will be covered by Adelaide Niketas Designs within the 60-day window. Otherwise, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
